Display Energy Certificate

By 1st October 2008, all public buildings will require a Display Energy Certificate (DEC) which shows its operation rating (OR) as recorded annually over periods up to the last 3 years, and an associated Advisory Report (AR).  

Public authorities, and institutions providing public services who occupy space in a building with a floor area greater than 1000m2, must display a valid Display Energy Certificate.

Our experienced Energy Assessors are fully accredited to produce Display Energy Certificates for public buildings and are valid up to 1 year whereas the associated advisory report is valid up to 7 years.
